Weeke Primary School

Weeke Primary is a larger than average primary school. Whilst the proportion of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is below average, of these a large number have Education, Health and Care plans. Weeke has expanded from a single to two-form entry primary school. Consequently, the school underwent two desperately needed building projects during 2013-2014 to accommodate the needs of the expanded school.

Children are at the heart of what we do at Weeke and our top priority is to provide them with a successful and memorable educational experience. Anyone who visits Weeke always comments on the buzz and the wonderful atmosphere that pervades our school. In June 2015 Ofsted noted that Weeke is ‘…an exceptionally happy and safe place to be.’ We know our pupils as individuals and aim that every child should flourish. Our culture of nurture and development of the whole child is at the centre of our school ethos.
