| About Us | Turton High is a popular and improving community comprehensive school of 1700 students, of whom 450 are in the Sixth Form. It is highly regarded by the local community not just because of its academic achievement but also because of its caring ethos. 2010 has been a record year for Turton. More A* and A grades than ever at GCSE, with A* up from 126 last year to a stunning 191 this summer.
