‘‘Success for All’’

I was appointed in January 2014 and although the school had made some progress since the previous inspection in 2012, it was clear to see that rapid progress had to be achieved to move the school to ‘Good’. Stockingate Mill needed a clear vision to enable the whole school community to measure and drive the progress needed.

My vision is now our vision. Our vision and values are at the heart of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens. Pupils achieve through the highest of expectations encouraging all to attain excellence. As a community we learn together through inspirational experiences. All teachers are caring and dedicated and prepare our children with the skills to succeed as lifelong learners and leaders of the future.
