Encourage, Enrich, Enable

Over the past two years, the school has experienced significant change. Following a ‘Requiring Improve-ment’ Ofsted inspection judgement in March 2014, governors supported by the Local Authority put into place an interim leadership structure and I became the Headteacher, an interim promotion from my substantive Deputy Headteacher role.

The LA and Diocese supported an immediate commissioning process to bring into the school a National Leader of Education to work on a part time basis as a Consultant Headteacher, a mentor to myself.
