Park View Primary School

Park View is a larger than average primary, with 280 children on roll from nursery to Year 6. Our school lies in Huyton, Knowsley, one of the most deprived areas of the country, with the percentage currently entitled to Pupil Premium funding standing at 63%.

Park View has had a turbulent history, dealing with poor results, disappointing Ofsted inspections, inconsistent leadership and even the threat of closure. Since Ofsted judged Park View as requires improvement in May 2013, the road to improvement has been steep, with strategic changes implemented to ensure that Park View is now a good school with outstanding behaviour and safety.
