Landau Forte Academy Greenacres

Embarking on the Journey to Outstanding.

Landau Forte Academy Greenacres is a twoform entry primary academy in Tamworth with 380 pupils. As a county school, Greenacres went into Special Measures in February 2012 and was subject to frequent HMI monitoring visits. Conversion to an academy sponsored by the Landau Forte Charitable Trust followed in September 2013 and I was appointed as Principal to take the school forward. Our recent OFSTED report from June 2015 is well-deserved recognition of the hard work of pupils, staff and parents on our rapid journey from Special Measures to Good.
