We are a family, a school community whose ethos is “in the walls”, there’s definitely something special when you walk in.
Laying at the heart of our school is the unflinching professionalism, compassion and resilience of all our staff who strive towards the common goal of making our school ACE. A new vigour and focus on ensuring that all our school systems are aligned in a seamless cycle of school improvement, has meant that all performance management, pupil progress meetings, monitoring, assessment and governance all carefully link together. We have found that this process makes all staff more aware of these strategic links, in turn helping our whole team really understand what we are doing and why. |
